16.2 No Refunds

All payments for Paid Services are final and non-refundable, except where expressly required by applicable law. 16.3 Subscription Auto-Renewal

You acknowledge and agree that in entering into this agreement you have not relied upon any representation, warranty, statement, assurance, or undertaking made or given by or on behalf of NewHotMusic.com that is not expressly set out in these Terms. You waive any right or remedy you may otherwise have in respect of such representation, warranty, statement, assurance, or undertaking. This clause does not apply to any fraudulent misrepresentation.

You acknowledge that any breach of Sections 13 or 14 of these Terms may cause NewHotMusic.com irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy.
